Launching tomorrow at #DominiqueAnselKitchen in the West Village. Soft scrambled eggs with a confit egg yolk, melted homemade cheese, black truffle, maple flakes, bacon, all served on a smoked English muffin (where we smoke the flour before it's baked) plus a side of extra crisp Truffled Hashbrowns.
